I live an everyday life just like other guys my age. I wonder if this disorder will ever go away. XYY syndrome occurs 1 in 700 male births. When it becomes the time for me to have children I hope that this will not affect them. I have reduced fertility and I am six-foot four. Basketball coaches tell me all of the time that I should try out for their team. Having a higher testosterone level sometimes makes me feel like a "bettter" man but deep down I know that I am just your average joe. I really think that I would like basketball but I am poorly coordinated.
